Trunk R Treat Event Boise ID

You Did What To Your Vehicle?

As many of your know I love weddings, it’s my passion and my career but I also love hosting other events; baby showers, retirement parties, fundraisers, and conferences. This last week Hillview United Methodist Church Boise, ID invited me to host their annual Trunk R Treat; a fantastic family fun event  where the congregation and community dress up their vehicles in “Costumes” and families visit each vehicle and saying Trick or Treat and the children get fabulous goodies.

Hillview UMC went above and beyond by coupling Trunk R Treat event with a community meal, a photo booth, and a glow in the dark game. It was so much FUN. You will have to come out next year! The best part was that everything was FREE – no donations or tickets were required. Children got to vote on their favorite Trunk and prizes were awarded! All in all the night went off without a hitch.

I loved working closely with the church leaders and coming up with ideas that reflected their values and the vibe of making it truly family orientated.  I hope to collaborate soon on another event. They have wonderful programs and events all year round including Vacation Bible School in the Summer, Youth Group every Sunday, and Community Meals the last Wednesday of every month.
